Marketing for Diversity: This session will talk about ways to reach a diversity of populations as potential volunteers, donors, event attendees and other supporters. It is for anyone in your organisation who engages in public outreach: marketing development, program or volunteer managers.

Raising the Profile of Volunteers --- Volunteer Coordination -- at Your Organisation: Too often, the first position that goes in a non-for-profit organisation facing financial difficulties is the volunteer coordinator. While this position is vital, many fail to see it as such. This session will review practical steps you can take to make sure the board, all paid staff and all volunteers at an organisation know the essential value of not only volunteers, but also the volunteer coordinator as well.

Helping Employees To Involve Volunteers: In a healthy organisation, it is not just the volunteer coordinator who should involve volunteers; everyone -- the marketing manager, program staff, even the executive director -- should be creating assignments for volunteers. This workshop will help the volunteer coordinator to help all everyone in the organisation to see the value of volunteers and to involve volunteers themselves.
