United Way Ballarat and Volunteer Connections are pleased to announce the inaugural

VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION AWARDS 2010

This is the time to recognise Volunteers who have made an outstanding contribution to our community. There are a number of awards ‘up for grabs’ which will be judged by individuals sourced from the media, local LGAs, education, sports, police, emergency services bodies, and include both rural and central communities.

Please consider your volunteers and nominate them for these prestigious awards.

There are awards for community groups and community events as well as individuals.

Nominations close:   Close of business Wednesday 31^st March 2010.

The Awards will be presented at the Volunteer Recognition Awards night:

Where: Ballarat Golf Club

When: 7.00 – 10.30 pm, Saturday 15^th May 2010

Cost: $30 per seat.  Each finalist is entitled to one complimentary seat.
