In today’s data-rich world, information is one of the most valuable tools an organisation can use to strengthen its volunteer program. From understanding who your volunteers are to learning what keeps them motivated, data can help you make more informed decisions that attract, support and retain volunteers.
This session will share practical tips and lessons to effectively harness data to support volunteer growth. We’ll also explore how data can uncover opportunities to make volunteering more inclusive, highlight gaps or barriers, and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
Whether you’re new to using data or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will equip you with practical tools and examples to help you use data confidently in your volunteer management practice.
