Volunteering Victoria and the Australian Government are committed to making volunteering more inclusive for newly arrived migrants, people living with a disability and our First Nation’s community.
On 23 – 24 June 2022 we are hosting a conference focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion. This conference provides a great opportunity to learn new ways to make volunteering more inclusive.
We have 5 tickets available for leaders of volunteers working with newly arrived migrants, people living with a disability, or our First Nation’s community.
Winners will receive:
- 1 x ticket to attend the conference (9am – 5:15pm) and networking function (5:30 – 7pm) on Thursday 23 June.
If you are interested in winning one of these conference tickets, please fill in the form below. Applications close on Tuesday 31 May 2022. We aim to advise successful applicants by Thursday 9 June 2022.
Successful applicants will be required to prepare a short piece (150 – 200 words) or record a short video (1 – 2 minutes) talking about what you learnt at the conference and what you have done with these insights. Volunteering Victoria will use these materials in their communications and work with the volunteer community.
