It also provides guidance on choosing and using AI tools responsibly, with a strong emphasis on practical use cases, prompt engineering, and the unique needs of different staff personas within NFP organisations.
The session is designed to build confidence, digital literacy, and a critical understanding of how AI can enhance impact while maintaining ethical standards.
