Sporting clubs rely on volunteers, but barriers to participation mean many people are still excluded from these opportunities.

Join the Centre for Participation and the Wimmera Regional Sports Assembly as they introduce the Wimmera Inclusive Volunteer Workforce Sustainability Initiative, a new project designed to strengthen disability-inclusive volunteering across community sport in the Wimmera.

This webinar will explore the project’s goals, the challenges it aims to address, and how it will work alongside sporting clubs to identify barriers, build organisational capability and create more accessible volunteer roles.

Participants will also gain insights into the project’s early development and the value of collaboration between the volunteering and sporting sectors in creating a more inclusive and sustainable volunteer workforce.
