Jeremy brings extensive experience in governance, risk management, and organisational resilience across diverse sectors including legal, local government, not-for-profit, and financial services.
He has held senior leadership roles for over a decade, specialising in strengthening governance frameworks, embedding robust risk controls, and driving organisational transformation. Jeremy’s career includes executive responsibility for governance, risk and operational functions, as well as serving as Company Secretary for a local government enterprise.
In addition to his professional roles, Jeremy contributes to the community as Chair and Non-Executive Director of a social enterprise in the IT and e-waste sector, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and social impact. Jeremy is passionate about building resilient organisations, enhancing governance practices, and fostering ethical and transparent decision-making.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Criminology from Deakin University, completed practical legal training with the College of Law, and has an Advanced Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia.
