Training delivered by Tracey O’Neill (Tracey O’Neill Consulting)
Volunteer engagement doesn’t thrive in isolation – it takes influence, advocacy, and courage to ensure volunteering is woven into an organisation’s strategy, culture, and systems. In this interactive workshop, Tracey O’Neill will guide both emerging and experienced leaders of volunteer engagement through practical, real-world strategies for shaping decisions, amplifying volunteer voices, and strengthening their leadership presence.
Through case studies, peer story-sharing, and small group discussions, participants will reflect on challenges and successes, gather a bank of actionable tactics, and leave with a personal commitment to take meaningful steps to increase their influence and impact.
