Flora Haghanipour is a senior public sector leader and Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience across infrastructure delivery, governance and community-focused work. She is currently Senior Design Manager at the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, where she provides strategic leadership across complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Flora serves as a Board Director with Iranian Bushwalkers and as Deputy Chair of Engineers Australia’s Women in Engineering Committee (Victoria). A Certified Company Director (AICD) and Executive MBA candidate, Flora brings a strong commitment to public value, inclusion, and sustainable community outcomes.
