She leads the strategy, implementation and governance of ANZ’s social impact programs, including its Corporate Volunteering Program, overseeing thousands of employees contributing over 91,000 hours annually to community organisations.
Janet brings strong cross-sector relationships and practical expertise in volunteer program management, including risk, training, and impact measurement.
Her lifelong dedication to volunteering spans grassroots roles to board-level leadership, including her current directorship with Good Things Foundation. Janet is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and connected communities.
