Beth Halls

Beth Halls is a senior public sector leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic reform, inclusive governance, and community impact across Victoria. As Executive Director at the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, she led statewide programs supporting thousands of Victorians annually, many through volunteer-supported services. Beth brings deep expertise in justice, health, and human services, alongside strong governance credentials, including an Executive Master of Public Administration and completion of the AICD course. She is known for her collaborative leadership, cultural safety advocacy, and commitment to equity and inclusion. Beth has actively contributed to volunteer organisations through board roles and community service.
