Digital adoption in volunteering is no longer a ‘nice to have’ – it’s essential. In this workshop, Matt Walton (CEO of Dog and Bone technology consulting) will deconstruct digital adoption, what it really means for volunteer-involving organisations, and how it can be achieved in practice.
Drawing on insights from Victoria’s State of Volunteering Report, Matt will focus on:
- Practical examples of the opportunities and barriers to technology use in volunteering/volunteer management
- AI adoption and its possibilities
- Digital capability assessment framework available for use
- Key resources to help you get started already available.
